yesterday was too freezing to actually do much in the way of gardening - the ground was rock hard. we cut a few things back in St Brigids Chapel Garden and Glenmore Garden, then went indoors to get creative.
We painted a banner and a sign to take to 'The Wave' on Saturday. (starts at Bellahouston Park at 10.30)

So we'll be going along to that then on to the Transition Scotland Gathering at the Phoenix Centre, where Glen will be running a workshop on permaculture and Abi will be talking about using the tranisition model in disadvantaged communities. SHould be a good opportunity to meet up with other people doing similar stuff around scotland.

and finally...

the long awaited Urban Roots blog arrives!!

hopefully with this magical tool we'll build up a day to day picture of what's going on at Urban Roots, who's involved and whether what we're doing is working.
